Ms. Kronk is excited to begin her teaching career at Acton Middle School as Assistant Band Director! Ms. Kronk primarily teaches the Symphonic Band and assists with the Honors and Concert Bands. She also teaches the beginner tuba, trumpet, trombone, euphonium and horn classes.
Ms. Kronk earned her Bachelor's degree in Music Education at Tarleton State University. While at TSU she studied Trumpet under Dr. Brian Walker and Dr. Julia Bell and performed in the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Jazz 2 Ensemble, and various brass and trumpet ensembles. During her student teaching Ms. Kronk received the Spring 2024 McLellan Family Band Clinical Teacher Award. Her professional affiliations include Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, International Trumpet Guild and International Women's Brass Conference. Ms. Kronk resides in Fort Worth, Tx where she loves hiking, painting, reading, and spending time with friends and family. |
